Job description

We are looking for a talented Backend Developer with 5–6 years of experience in designing and developing backend systems using GoLang . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in API development , microservices , and cloud-native technologies . Familiarity with UI integration , Kubernetes , PostgreSQL , MongoDB , ArgoCD , Docker , and CI / CD pipelines is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using GoLang .
Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate backend services with UI components.
Work with DevOps and QA teams to ensure smooth deployment and testing.
Manage and optimize databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB .
Support deployment and orchestration using Kubernetes and ArgoCD .
Participate in code reviews and contribute to system design discussions.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance issues.
Follow best practices for version control, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills :

5–6 years of backend development experience.

Proficiency in GoLang and RESTful API development.

Experience with UI integration and working in cross-functional teams.

Good understanding of Kubernetes , ArgoCD , and CI / CD workflows .

Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL , MongoDB , and Linux environments.

Familiarity with Node.js packages , GoLang libraries , and Python or scripting languages.

Knowledge of Docker , Git , and deployment processes.

Strong analytical and debugging skills.
