Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a UI / UX Design Head. The role involves leading and overseeing the design team to create user-centered experiences and innovative solutions. Responsibilities include designing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, ensuring seamless user experience and visual aesthetics. The Design Head will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, provide strategic direction, and ensure alignment with the company’s goals and brand identity.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mockups, Visual Design, and Prototyping
• Strong expertise in User Experience Design (UED) and implementing user-centered design methodologies
• Experience and understanding of Front-End Development concepts
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to collaborate with diverse teams
• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Experience in financial technology design is a strong advantage
