Proven experience creating growth strategies that blend content, distribution, and experimentation. Strong understanding of the US healthcare market and ability to simplify complex topics. Data-driven : Comfortable setting goals, tracking progress, and optimizing for results. Bonus : Experience in mental health or AI . What You’ll Do :
- Shape the Narrative : Create thought-leadership content that redefines AI in behavioral health.
- Lead Growth : Build a scalable inbound strategy to attract clinicians, payers, and industry partners.
- Research & Simplify : Turn complex clinical and tech topics into clear, impactful content.
- Drive Distribution : Experiment with partnerships, influencers, and communities to extend our reach.
- Collaborate with Founders : Work directly with the founding team to refine our growth strategy and playbook.
