Location : Bangalore
Shift : Rotational (24 / 7)
Working Days : 5 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients.
Resolve queries efficiently and professionally.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Document interactions and escalate issues when necessary.
Requirements :
Prior experience in international voice process (minimum 1 year preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English.
Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
