Infosys BPM Ltd. is hiring for a Customer Support Executive – International Voice Process Role

Location : Bangalore

Shift : Rotational (24 / 7)

Working Days : 5 Days a Week

We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused professionals for our international voice support team. If you have a passion for solving customer queries and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities :

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients.

Resolve queries efficiently and professionally.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Document interactions and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements :

Prior experience in international voice process (minimum 1 year preferred).

Excellent communication skills in English.

Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).

Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
