Role Overview :
As a Full Stack Engineer at Blend, you'll have the exciting opportunity to design, implement, and maintain our web applications! Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and code. As one of the early engineers at Blend India, you will play a crucial role in connecting Blend US and Blend India.
- Work with product managers and UI / UX designers to implement new features and enhancements.
- Design and develop scalable applications focusing on maintenance, resiliency, and robustness.
- Implement responsive user interfaces to ensure a seamless experience across all devices, emphasizing accessibility.
- Identify and resolve software defects and issues promptly.
- Work through the entire software development lifecycle including testing and production maintenance.
- Encourage best practices through involvement in code and design reviews, along with offering mentorship.

- . Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ to 12 years of experience in developing high-quality production software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in back-end development with languages such as Node.Js, TypeScript, or Go.
- Experience in front-end technologies : HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.G., React, Angular, Vue).
- Experience with databases like Postgres, MongoDB, or similar technologies.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure software like AWS, Google Cloud or Azure.
