Day-to-day Responsibilities :
Market Research & Client Mapping : Identify potential clients in US & European markets for web, design, UX / UI, and custom applications.
Target Startups & Entrepreneurs : Position Regur as a trusted technology partner for early-stage businesses.
Proposal Writing & RFQs : Craft persuasive project proposals and respond to client inquiries.
Explore Industry Niches :
Research IT-driven sectors such as SaaS, E-commerce, FinTech, EdTech, and Healthcare Tech to identify opportunities for delivering web development, custom applications, and digital solutions.
Achieve Sales Targets : Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
Account Management : Maintain and grow long-term client relationships.
Team Coordination : Bridge communication between clients and delivery teams for project alignment.
Sales Innovation : Experiment with strategies, refine sales processes, and contribute to team growth.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Experience : 3–5 years in Business Development field.
Industry / Domain :
IT Service based company experience is mandatory.
Communication : Excellent verbal & written communication with strong telephonic & email etiquette.
Software Skills : Proficiency with MS Office, CRM tools, Sales software, and Project Management tools.
Business Acumen : Ability to understand complex processes & client needs.
Performance : Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Analytical Skills : Strong analytical thinking, self-learning ability, and adaptability to new tools.
Networking : Active on social media with a strong business network.
Interview Process :
HR Screening / Telephonic Interview
– 30–40 minutes
Technical & Final Round
– 2-3 hours, covering technical & sales skills, role details, policies, and salary discussion.
