About the Role

We’re hiring an Accounts Manager who will take full ownership of Fuelled’s financial hygiene, compliance, and reporting.

You will manage daily accounting, ensure all filings are accurate and on time, maintain strong CA coordination, and close monthly books with precision.

This role is central to how we run the company — your work will directly influence our decision-making, planning, and growth.

Key Responsibilities 1. Daily Accounting & Data Hygiene

• Record daily sales across Shopify, Amazon, Website, and Offline Channels.
• Maintain Purchase, Expense, and Payment records accurately.
• Reconcile bank accounts, Razorpay, Cashfree, Amazon & Shopify payouts.
• Track payables & receivables and maintain clean ledgers.
