About the Role

Responsive is looking for a product-minded Senior DevOps Engineer with strong technical skills and a passion for building scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment and contribute to the growth of a top-tier SaaS company.

What You’ll Be Doing?

Infrastructure & Automation : Build and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure, automate deployments, and manage CI / CD pipelines.
Monitoring & Performance : Implement observability tools and optimize system performance for high availability and low latency.
Security & Compliance : Enforce security best practices, manage vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams to enhance development workflows and optimize infrastructure scalability.
Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with DevOps trends and drive innovation through automation and emerging technologies.

What We’re Looking For?

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience :

5 to 8 years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or system reliability engineering.

Skills, Qualifications & Ability :

Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure , including cloud-native services for networking, security, and storage.

Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation .

Experience in CI / CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI / CD, or similar tools.

Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes .

Experience in monitoring and logging with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or APM tools(NewRelic) .

Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or similar languages.

Familiarity with database administration and performance tuning for MongoDB is a plus.

Experience with disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity (BC) planning is a plus.

Zero Downtime Deployments : Experience implementing blue-green deployments, canary releases, and rolling updates.

AI / ML Ops : Exposure to ML pipelines and infrastructure for AI-driven applications is a plus.

Performance Optimization : Experience in optimizing cloud infrastructure for cost efficiency, scalability, and high availability.
