Human Resources Business Partner

Role Summary :

The HR Business Partner (People & Culture) will act as a strategic advisor and partner to all departments, ensuring alignment between people practices and organizational goals. An understanding of the real estate business, including project sites, sales functions and support teams would be an added advantage for having a hands-on approach to driving engagement, performance, and talent outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

Talent Acquisition

• Proven skill in managing sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection while ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Strong capability to analyze talent trends, compensation insights and competitor hiring patterns then translate findings into actionable hiring recommendations.
• Initiate strong hiring processes and systems to close open positions with low TAT while ensuring top quality.
• Provide and execute innovative solutions w.R.T. CTC structuring, bonds, other agreements, long term retention bonuses, etc.
