Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop customer journeys using Journey Builder and Automation Studio
- Build dynamic and personalized content using AMP script, SSJS, and data extensions
- Create and manage email campaigns, triggered sends, and transactional messaging
- Develop custom solutions integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM using APIs, SSJS, and Cloud Pages
- Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, CRM, analytics) to implement campaign requirements
- Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize deliverability and engagement
- Manage and maintain data integrity across Marketing Cloud data extensions
- Ensure security, compliance, and best practices in handling customer data
- Contribute to the documentation of solutions, processes, and Skills & Qualifications :
- 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong proficiency in AMP script, SQL, and JavaScript / SSJS
- Experience with Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Cloud Pages
- Knowledge of integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce Core (Sales / Service Cloud)
- Experience with REST / SOAP APIs for external integrations
- Familiarity with marketing data management, segmentation, and campaign analytics
- Salesforce certifications preferred :
- Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
- Marketing Cloud Developer
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience working in agile environments or with marketing / CRM agencies is a plus
