Job description

Technical skills

  • University degree in computer science, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience administering Exchange, SharePoint and hands-on with M365 corporate collaboration environments.

Primary skills

  • M365 Application Stack experience
  • Exchange Online, Exchange hybrid designs
  • Messaging Hygiene and Security designs
  • Mail and SharePoint / Teams / OneDrive migration architectures
  • Microsoft Active Directory, routing protocols, DNS, Certificates (request & renewal)
  • M365 application management : SharePoint Online, OneDrive, MS Teams, Viva tools, Copilot, integrations
  • Security
  • Email encryption, spam filtering, authentication protocols, Data Loss Prevention
  • Scripting
  • PowerShell (must have)
  • Migrations
  • Hands on experience with at least one tool (ShareGate / AvePoint / Metalogix)
  • Tenant to tenant migrations concepts.

  • Azure stack
  • Azure tenant setup, Creation of subscriptions, resource management
  • Azure components / services
  • PaaS services (Azure functions, App Services, exchange components, etc.)
  • Monitoring
  • Proactively set up and utilize Amadeus tools to monitor sites & apps.
  • Performance monitoring & vulnerability assessments
  • Additional Skills
  • Handling basic SQL Administration tasks
  • Load Balancing & clusters concepts.
