Wonder Home Finance - Branch Credit Manager

Location : Prayagraj

Key Responsibilities :

• Evaluate and assess loan applications to determine customer creditworthiness and repayment ability.
• Analyze financial documents, income proofs, credit bureau reports, and property papers to make accurate lending decisions.
• Approve or recommend loan applications in accordance with credit policies, risk frameworks, and regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor Post-Disbursement Documents (PDDs) to ensure timely submission and compliance.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and legal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursal.
• Identify potential risks or red flags and escalate cases to senior management as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to internal credit procedures and external statutory requirements.
• Provide guidance and training to branch staff on credit processes and compliance requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity in all credit-related dealings.
