About the Role :
We are looking for a Marketing Executive with minimum 4 years of experience in social media marketing and paid advertising, specifically for international markets. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Meta, Youtube and Ads, and a strong understanding of global audiences.
Key Responsibilities :
Social Media Strategy & Management :
- Develop and execute multi-region social media campaigns across Social Media platforms.
- Create and manage content calendars tailored for different international audiences.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create high-quality content that resonates with diverse demographics.
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization :
Track and analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI, Engagement Rates, etc.).Use Facebook Ads Manager, Analytics, and other tools to generate reports and derive actionable insights.Optimize campaigns based on data-driven decisions and market trends.Competitor & Market Analysis :
Monitor global social media trends, competitor campaigns, and industry insights.Adapt strategies based on changing algorithms and audience behavior across different countries.Community Engagement & Reputation Management :
Manage DMs, comments, and interactions to ensure a strong brand presence.Engage with influencers, partners, and communities in different regions to build brand awareness.Requirements :
4 years of experience in brand marketing & paid ads (international markets preferred).Strong expertise in Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Ads, and other international platforms.Experience in multi-country campaign management and localization.Excellent content creation & copywriting skills for different regions and cultures.Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices worldwide.Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva (a plus).
