Icertis is looking for a senior leader in product marketing who embraces AI-first approaches to messaging, content creation and product launches. This is a high impact role, partnering closely with sales leaders and product management.

This role reports to the CVP of Marketing, with regular interactions with the rest of the MLT & other senior leaders. While it’s based out of the India (Bangalore preferred), it demands cross-time-zone agility with US based teams.

This role will require you to build GTM strategy jointly with the business & product teams, create impactful messaging for the top Icertis product categories and the related downstream content. The ideal candidate will not only bring a wealth of experience & knowledge in messaging, story-telling & content creation but they are expected to be an AI-first marketer.

As an AI-first marketer, they’ve experimented with using AI in their craft and come with a POV on how best to use it to scale the multiple demands of product marketing. Icertis is a at a unique point in its journey – its at a sweet spot of operating like a startup but with the intention of building processes to scale up to be a $1B company. As such, the right person for this role will have the required hustle to get things done – with a focus on outcomes vs output. This is a player-coach role, and will need you to not only coach the team but also run your own projects.

Responsibilities :

  • Spearhead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy & activities for the key product categories jointly with the business & product teams.
  • Be an AI-first thinker, leader & doer.
  • Own creation of messaging and downstream content to tell the stories that will drive unique value prop
  • Craft captivating collateral : presentations, whitepapers, blogs, demos, videos that wow and convert.
  • Deliver razor-sharp competitive intel and messaging to accelerate sales wins.
  • Fuel sales enablement with training and tools to speed up deals and customer growth.
  • Team up cross-functionally within marketing on demand gen, launches, and insights for executive decisions.

Qualifications :

  • 12+ years in enterprise SaaS product marketing.
  • Growth mindset is a requirement with the ability to learn and master new technologies.
  • Track record of driving successful product launches and scaling go-to-market motions.
  • Outstanding storytelling, communication, and executive presentation skills.
  • A collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset with a global perspective.
  • Proven ability & willingness to work across time zones - especially Seattle (US HQ) and India .
  • Bachelor’s degree required and / or MBA from a premier institution.
