Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Motion Graphic Designer. The candidate will be responsible for creating compelling motion designs and graphics, producing high-quality video content, and collaborating with the design and video teams to deliver creative solutions. Responsibilities also include ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and contributing to the development of visual content for diverse digital platforms.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Motion Design and Motion Graphics to develop engaging visual content
• Proficiency in Video Production, including editing, scripting, and post-production workflows
• Strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics creation, ensuring consistent and professional-quality visuals
• Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro), or other industry-standard software
• Excellent creativity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines effectively
• Experience with design for digital platforms and understanding of branding principles
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Previous experience in motion graphic design or video production is an advantage
