Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technology Engineer with strong expertise in RTS (Real-Time Systems) and Redis . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance, low-latency systems that support mission-critical applications. This role requires a blend of strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize real-time distributed systems leveraging Redis.
  • Implement caching strategies, replication, clustering, and persistence in Redis for high availability and scalability.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks in real-time applications.
  • Collaborate with architects, product owners, and developers to deliver reliable, high-throughput solutions.
  • Automate deployment, monitoring, and scaling of Redis clusters in production environments.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and fault tolerance across systems.
  • Drive best practices in system design, coding standards, and performance optimization.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8–10 years of overall IT experience, with strong expertise in RTS & Redis .
  • Proven hands-on experience in Redis Cluster, Sentinel, Pub / Sub, Streams, and Lua scripting .
  • Strong background in designing and building real-time, low-latency systems .
  • Experience with Linux / Unix environments , performance tuning, and system-level debugging.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages : Java, Python, C++, or Go .
  • Knowledge of distributed systems, data structures, algorithms, and concurrency .
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with real-time analytics platforms or high-throughput systems .
  • Experience in DevOps, CI / CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) .
  • Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging / streaming platforms .
