Key Responsibilities :
- Recruitment and development of a high-performing team of Financial Advisors
- Training, motivating, and guiding the team to ensure timely sales of insurance products
- Providing regular product knowledge updates to the team
- Conducting training sessions and workshops to enhance understanding of products and sales strategies
- Driving business generation through the recruited Financial Advisors
- Ensuring achievement of assigned targets and overall business goals
