Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and product-focused Web Engineer (SDE-2) to join our growing web team. You will play a key role in building and optimizing high-performance, scalable, and intuitive web applications that reach millions of users daily.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain highly responsive and interactive web applications.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Own end-to-end delivery – from technical design to deployment and monitoring.
  • Optimize for speed, scalability, SEO, and accessibility.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using modern web frameworks and tools.
  • Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and bugs and resolve them.
  • Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in frontend development with strong expertise in JavaScript , TypeScript , React.js , and modern web ecosystems.
  • Experience with state management tools like Redux, Zustand, or Recoil.
  • Solid understanding of web performance, browser rendering, and SEO best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a good grasp of data structures and algorithms.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and frontend build tools like Webpack, Vite, etc.
  • Experience in writing unit and integration tests (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
  • A good sense of UX / UI and a keen eye for detail.

  • Experience with server-side rendering (Next.js).
  • Exposure to internationalization, A / B testing, and analytics integration.
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS / GCP).
