Job description

Pradeepit Consulting Services is seeking a highly skilled .NET Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs, and SQL Server . You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications, ensuring high performance and reliability, and contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Application Development : Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET MVC, and Web APIs .
  • Database Design & Optimization : Design and optimize SQL Server databases for efficient data storage and retrieval, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performing database optimization.
  • Best Practices Implementation : Implement best practices for scalability, security, and performance in .NET applications.
  • Collaboration & Solutioning : Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and convert them into robust technical solutions.
  • Troubleshooting & Debugging : Efficiently troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
  • Code Quality Assurance : Ensure high code quality through regular code reviews, unit testing, and automated testing frameworks .
  • Agile & DevOps : Participate actively in Agile development processes , including sprint planning and daily stand-ups. Follow DevOps best practices , including CI / CD pipeline management .

Mandatory Skills

  • ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET MVC, and Web APIs : Strong hands-on experience in building enterprise applications.
  • SQL Server : Expertise in writing complex queries, stored procedures, and database optimization.
  • Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) : Strong understanding of design principles and best practices.
  • Front-end Technologies : Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery .
  • Version Control : Experience with Git, Bitbucket, or similar tools .
  • Debugging & Troubleshooting : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Agile SDLC : Experience working in Agile teams and following software development lifecycle best practices.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a .NET Software Engineer.
  • Typically seeking candidates with 6+ years of experience in developing robust and scalable applications.
