As a Student Enrolment Advisor for the Asia region presenting UK University, you will use your sales and customer service expertise to help grow the university brand, achieve enrolment and revenue targets,and deliver an exceptional experience for every prospective student.

Role Description
Reporting to the Manager, Student Enrolment in London and with local line management in India, you will be working as part of an international student recruitment team for an innovative international UK accredited institution. The Student Enrolment Advisor, Asia will be responsible for meetingconversion and enrolment targets while providingan outstanding standard of service through a consultative, student-focused approach.
You will engage with prospective studentsthroughout the enquiryand application journey, guiding them with professionalism to ensure a seamless and positive experience from first contact to enrolment.
Key responsibilities :
- Student Recruitment :
- Meet the desired targetsfor every cohortby being on top of your input KPIs
- Proactively engage with prospective students in Asia who have enquired at thenew university throughvarious channels, including social media, phone calls, emails, events, and in-person meetings.
- Provide personalized guidance and support to prospective students throughout the enrolment process,addressing their questions, concerns, and educational goals.
- Provide excellentresponse times to potential studentenquiries and continue to follow up to achieve enrolment and conversion targets.
- Execute outreach emails,WhatsApp, phone calls to prospective students.
- Address enquiries and question via Live Chat.
- Schedule and conduct prospective students’ online meetings, presenting the
new university and encouraging them to enrol.
UK Admissions Counselling :
Working with UK-based admissions and faculty staff,schedule and conduct admissions interviews and assessments as neededIf needed, assist students in completing application materials, including essays, transcripts, and lettersof recommendation, ensuringaccuracy and adherence to admissions requirements.Serve as a knowledgeable resource on courseofferings, admission criteria, financial aid options, and scholarship opportunities.Application Processing :
Ifneeded work with the admissions team to ensure the timely processing and review of student applications, verifying completeness and accuracy of submitted materials.Relationship Building :
Contribute insightsand feedback as the representative of AsiaProvide feedback to the marketing team and to support the development of student recruitment campaignsCRM, Data, and Reporting :
Ensure the accuracy of data withinthe CRM and ensure the data captureof all potential students.Aid with reporting as required by downloading data foranalysis and reports and supporting the creation of the student enrolment dashboardAbout you. Please apply if this sounds like you :

5+ years’sales & customerservice experience ideallyin higher education, studentcounselling& recruitment, ed-tech,highly competitive educational industries.
Digitally savvy - understanding digital channels, CRM systems with the abilityto follow up enquiries from online enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and Live Chat.Previous experience in admissions, recruitment, student services, or related fields within higher education.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse populations and build rapport with prospective students and families. You must be comfortable talking on the phone, presenting via online meetings, conducting face to face tours and selling the University Brand at careerevents and conferences.Customer-focused mindsetwith a commitment to providingexceptional service and support to students throughout the enrolment process.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Officeapplications, including Excel.Demonstrated initiative, independence, and a collaborative mindset,with a strongcommitment to teamwork and achieving sharedgoals.Agood listener with the abilityto understand diverseperspectives and facilitate constructive dialogue.Proficiency in English & Hindi is required, proficiency in other languages a plus.Bachelor's qualifications ideal, particularly if you personally have experienced being an international student in a foreign country.
