Job Title : Senior Manager - Customer Service

Location : Gurugram

Job Description :

1. Manage non voice process with partner

2. Monitor and improve service levels

3. Manage vendor invoicing, recon and timely clearance

4. Vendor governance and check on data points

5. Manage in house team members on ticket closure

6. Drive NPS and improvements

7. Work on projects

8. Cross functional collaboration

9. Follow and maintain the audit compliance on floor on partner floor.

Requirement : The candidate should be in a team handling role and having good vendor management skills who can manage a team of around 70-80 people.
