Title : Java Application Support Engineer
Location : Noida(Hybrid)
Job Description : Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 / L3 application support for Java-based enterprise applications.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs.
- Perform application deployments, configuration, and environment support.
- Work closely with development teams for bug fixes, enhancements, and release support.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
- Support Camunda BPM processes (monitor workflows, troubleshoot job executions, deploy process definitions).
- Work with ticketing tools (ServiceNow / JIRA) or similar tools to track, document, and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI / CD pipelines and release management.
- Ensure compliance with change management and production support best practices.
Must-Have Skills
7+ years of Java / J2EE application support experience.Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills (logs, exceptions, performance issues).Experience with application deployments (manual / automated).Familiarity with ticketing tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, or Remedy.Good understanding of SQL for data validation and issue debugging.Exposure to incident, change, and problem management processes (ITIL framework).Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
