Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fashion Designer based in Mumbai. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating innovative designs, overseeing fabric and textile selection, and collaborating on garment fittings and final production. The role also involves developing embroidery patterns and ensuring designs meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. Designers will work closely with the production and design team to bring creative visions to life while maintaining Jeesha Design’s commitment to elegance and craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Fashion Design and the ability to innovate and create modern and traditional designs
• Knowledge of Textiles and Materials with an emphasis on quality and fit
• Experience and proficiency in Embroidery techniques to craft intricate patterns
• Understanding of garment Fitting and the ability to refine and finalize design pieces
• Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work collaboratively with a design team
• Previous work in couture or bridal wear design is an added advantage
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Fashion Design, Textiles, or a related field
