CEO : Business, finance, tech, strategy

CPO : Product design, manufacturing, supply chain

CMO (You) : Market engine

You'll own :

→ Brand identity that creates high recall → Performance marketing machine (Meta, Google, social) → Content and influencer strategy → Retention systems that drive LTV → Marketing team from scratch
