Recruiter

We are seeking a talented and experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore India. As a Recruiter you will play a crucial role in identifying attracting and hiring top talent for our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards social media and professional networks
• Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create accurate and compelling job descriptions
• Attend job fairs and networking events to promote employer brand and source candidates
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and metrics
• Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
