Program Manager

Program Manager role is responsible for the end-to-end management of the IPDO scorecard a strategic tool used to monitor performance across  functions. The candidate will ensure timely updates accuracy and actionable insights by collaborating with cross-functional teams across R&D regulatory quality and commercial functions. The position demands strong analytical skills attention to detail and a deep understanding of pharmaceutical product development metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Scorecard Management

• Track and update key performance indicators (KPIs) across IPDO functions including formulation API development regulatory and clinical
• Maintain and enhance the IPDO scorecard dashboard using Excel PowerPoint or BI tools
• Ensure timely data collection from stakeholders and validate inputs for accuracy and consistency

Required Skills & Qualifications

Qualifications :

Educational qualification : A Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant Science pharmaceutical or business administration background

Minimum work experience : 3 to 8 years
