Job Title :  Financial Analyst (Remote – EST Hours)

Location :  Remote (Must be available to work EST hours)

Experience :  3+ years / 5+ years

About the Role

We are looking for  Financial Analysts  to join our remote team and support financial reporting, analysis, and process improvements. This is a remote role that requires availability during  Eastern Standard Time (EST)  hours. We have openings for candidates with  3+ years of experience  as well as those with  5+ years of experience  who can take on a more advanced scope.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Analysis

  • Build, maintain, and automate recurring revenue and expense reports.
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis for leadership and business partners.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design dashboards and data views.

Data Management & Accuracy

  • Extract data from ERP, BI tools, and databases for reporting.
  • Reconcile data between systems and ensure accuracy of classifications and coding.
  • Maintain data integrity and resolve discrepancies in financial data.

    • Process & Timeliness

  • Track and meet recurring reporting deadlines.
  • Standardise reporting processes to improve efficiency.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close with revenue and expense analysis.

    • Experience Levels

    For 3+ Years’ Experience (Mid-Level Role) :

  • Strong foundation in  financial reporting and analysis .
  • Ability to work independently on recurring reporting and ad-hoc requests.
  • Exposure to  FP&A or revenue accounting  preferred.

    • For 5+ Years’ Experience (Senior Role) :

  • Advanced expertise in  FP&A, operational finance, or revenue accounting .
  • Experience leading reporting process improvements and automation initiatives.
  • Strong SQL / database skills for data extraction and analysis.
  • Ability to partner with leadership to provide  strategic financial insights .
