We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable candidate for the district coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and program implementation within an assigned district. The dC acts as a liaison between the central office and site-level staff, supporting performance improvement, training, and strategic initiatives.

Salary for this job : - 20,000 / - to 22,000 / - per month. with E.S.I. and P.f facility available.+ canteen facility available.

Duty Hours : - 8 Hours.

Job Locations : – Bankura, Birbhum, Purulia, Malda, Durgapur, Asansol, Bardhaman, Purba Medinipur, Naihati, Paschim Medinipur, Uttar 24 Parganas, Bihar, Dhanbad, Dakshin 24 Parganas. (All over West -Bengal)

Job Responsibilities : -

• Coordinate and supervise operations within the district.
• Implement and monitor organizational programs, projects, or services to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Train and support local staff or volunteers as required.
• Serve as the main point of contact for district-level concerns and ensure the timely resolution of issues.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and compliance with organizational standards.
