Paid Search Specialist – International Focus

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Paid Search Specialist with at least 1 year of mandatory experience in managing paid search campaigns. Based in our Chennai office, this role requires working closely with diverse international teams and markets, making cultural adaptability and global collaboration essential. This position offers exciting growth potential, including opportunities to work in our global offices in Poland, the United States, Latin America, and South Africa for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage paid search campaigns on Google Ads and other relevant platforms, focusing on Canada, the UK, Australia, Poland, Mexico, and Europe.
- Conduct keyword research, create ad copy, and design audience targeting strategies tailored to local markets.
- Analyze performance data to make data-driven optimizations, improve ROI, and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with content and web development teams to ensure landing pages align with campaign goals and local cultural nuances.
- Utilize basic CMS tools to update international landing pages, ensuring they are localized and optimized for conversions.
- Work effectively with teams across different countries and cultures, understanding their specific needs and expectations.
- Stay current with international trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies in focus markets.
- Proactively identify new opportunities, propose creative solutions, and take ownership of campaign success.
Qualifications
Mandatory : Minimum of 1 year of experience managing paid search campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, and performance analysis.Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other PPC platforms.Basic CMS knowledge (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) for landing page edits and updates.Demonstrated understanding of cultural and market differences in Canada, the UK, Australia, Poland, Mexico, and Europe.Ability to work effectively with teams and clients across multiple countries and cultures.Must be local to Chennai and able to work in-office full-timePreferred Skills
Experience with A / B testing for ad creatives and landing pages.Familiarity with international SEO strategies to complement paid campaigns.Fluency or proficiency in a second language from a target market is a plus (e.g., French, Polish, Spanish).Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across multicultural teams.Why Join Us?
