Human Resources Intern

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our HR operations team in managing employee insurance, ESI compliance, and staffing operations . The role requires strong Excel skills and Hindi fluency for day-to-day coordination with vendors and field staff.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and update employee insurance data (additions, deletions, and claims).
• Assist in ESI & PF compliance – employee registration, data validation, and documentation.
• Coordinate with staffing partners for attendance, documentation, and invoicing.
• Maintain compliance records, trackers, and reports using Excel .
• Support HR operations in periodic audits and reporting.
