ICT Research and Consulting Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Consultant in the ICT (Information & Communications Technology) domain to join our growing team. The incumbent will be responsible for delivering high-quality research, analysis, and consulting assignments with a strong focus on telecom and enterprise communications markets. The role requires strong analytical ability, structured problem-solving, and excellent client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, data modeling, and competitive benchmarking in ICT and telecom domains (including enterprise telecom).
• Analyze industry trends, drivers, challenges, and opportunities across ICT segments such as 5G, IoT, Cloud, Enterprise Connectivity, Managed Services, and Emerging Technologies.
• Develop strategic insights and recommendations to address client business challenges and growth opportunities.
• Prepare consulting deliverables such as reports, market models, proposals, client presentations, and strategic roadmaps.
• Engage with CXOs, industry stakeholders, and ecosystem players through interviews, workshops, and briefings.
• Support in business development through thought leadership material, proposals, and client interactions.
• Ensure project timelines and quality standards are consistently met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful outcomes for clients.
