US Property Accountant
We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage accounting processes and ensure financial accuracy for U.S.-based clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as a key member of our advisory team, providing expert guidance and accounting solutions.
- Collaborate closely with teams and clients to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
- Foster strong client relationships, particularly focusing on clients utilizing Sage Intacct and Yardi for their accounting processes.
Accounting & Bookkeeping :
The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and hands-on experience with lease accounting, CAM reconciliation, and other relevant accounting practices. They should also be able to serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on complex accounting issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
