Google Performance Marketer – SMB SaaS Focus

Location : Remote

Type : Full-time | 7pm - 4am IST

If you’ve already scaled SaaS lead generation for SMBs in the U.S. through Google Ads with 5X+ ROAS , this role is made for you. We’re not testing — we’re scaling. Simplia is a fast-growing AI marketing company that helps small business owners run fully autonomous digital campaigns. We're backed by industry giants and already on track to hit $25M ARR.

What You’ll Do

  • Launch, manage, and scale high-ROAS Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) campaigns targeting SMB decision-makers (roofers, dentists, contractors, lawyers, etc.)
  • Optimize campaigns daily based on CPL, conversion rate, quality score, and downstream ROI
  • Build high-converting landing page + keyword funnels with our creative team
  • Use negative keywords, A / B testing, bid automation, geo-targeting, and custom audience layering

Requirements

  • Proven success in generating qualified SaaS leads from U.S. SMBs through Google Ads
  • You’ve personally managed $50K–$500K+ / month in ad spend with strong ROAS
  • Deep understanding of SMB buyer behavior and funnel psychology
  • No fluff, just execution. You know the keywords that convert.
  • Strong command over Google Ads Manager, Tag Manager, Analytics, and Looker Studio
