Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious General Manager to support and oversee day-to-day business operations. This role is ideal for candidates with at least 1 year of professional experience who are eager to take on leadership responsibilities and grow with the organization. The General Manager will work closely with senior leaders to ensure smooth departmental coordination, efficient processes, and steady business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business & Strategy Support
Assist in the development and execution of business strategies and company goals.
Conduct research and provide insights to aid leadership in decision-making.
Track industry trends and suggest process improvements.
2. Operational Oversight
Coordinate with departments (sales, marketing, finance, operations, design) to ensure alignment.
Monitor departmental performance and prepare progress reports.
Support implementation of new systems and procedures.
3. Financial Support
Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
Work with leadership to monitor revenue and identify areas for cost optimization.
4. Team & Culture
Support in recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives.
Encourage a collaborative, positive, and high-performance work environment.
Help coordinate employee engagement and performance review processes.
5. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
Maintain documentation for contracts, audits, and compliance needs.
6. Stakeholder Coordination
Support in managing relationships with vendors, clients, and partners.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and communications for stakeholders.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of work experience in operations, management, or business support roles.

Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with business tools is an advantage.
