Job Description – Recruitment Trainee / Associate

Position : Recruitment Trainee / Associate

Location : Cuttack

Salary : ₹8,000-10,000 per month

Experience : Fresher / 0–1 year

Education : Any Graduate (Strong communication skills preferred)

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in sourcing and screening resumes from various job portals and internal databases.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate data in the recruitment tracker.
• Support senior recruiters in end-to-end hiring processes.
• Handle basic email and call correspondence with candidates.
• Work as part of a recruitment support team, ensuring timelines are met.
