Job descriptionBE / BTech from Tier 1 national or regional institutes. 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development / design experience. Expertise in Salesforce Congic, Apex, Aura, LWC, and Flows. 7 Salesforce Certifications. Strong understanding of UI development, triggers, and coding best practices. Proven track record with stable employment (minimum 2–3 years in previous roles). Knowledge of Data Migration Concepts. Experience with Salesforce Managed Packages. Understanding of OmniStudio. 3 to 4 rounds of interviews.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Cloud Lead,480 to drive development and design initiatives on Salesforce platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce and a solid understanding of architecture, coding best practices, and platform capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce development and design initiatives, including Apex, Aura, LWC, and Flows.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce limits and leverage async capabilities effectively.
- Develop and enhance Service Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions.
- Utilize Gen AI for development efficiency and innovation.
- Follow coding best practices, including trigger frameworks and Apex limits.
- Design intuitive UI using JavaScript and CSS.
- Mentor and guide team members on Salesforce architecture and development practices.
