Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for various products.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of software and systems.
- Document technical issues and solutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve product quality and user experience.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.1-2 years of experience in technical support or a similar role.Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.Familiarity with troubleshooting and diagnostic tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols is a plus.Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for technology.Education
