Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end integration projects using Informatica IICS, and related tools.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical specifications.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Design and document ETL workflows, data mappings, and integration strategies using Informatica components.
Oversee system analysis, development, testing, debugging, and deployment activities across environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex data integration and transformation issues.
Conduct code reviews and promote continuous improvement within the team.
Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and cloud platforms.

Mandatory Skills :

8–12 years of experience in data integration and ETL development with strong proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter and / or Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).

Hands-on experience with hybrid architectures (On-Premise and Cloud).

Deep understanding of Informatica components : Repository Manager, Workflow Manager, Designer, and Monitor.

Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts, relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server), and performance tuning.

Proficiency in data transformation using XML, XSLT, JSON, and flat files.

Experience with data governance, metadata management, and data quality tools.

Proven ability to lead client engagements, including requirement gathering and solution presentations.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills in complex integration scenarios.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently or as part of a team.

Additional Skills :

Experience with API management platforms and microservices architecture.

Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Exposure to AWS services and cloud-native integration patterns.

Knowledge of industry-specific integration standards and compliance requirements.
