Reports To : Senior Visual Designer & SVP Growth & Marketing

Role Overview :

Simulanis is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our growing creative initiatives across marketing, sales, and product functions. The role involves creating high-quality, visually engaging collaterals from presentations and brochures to emailers, social posts, and landing pages while collaborating closely with senior team members.

The ideal candidate blends strong visual storytelling skills with proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-powered design tools, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Content & Collateral Design :

• Design visually engaging assets : presentations, brochures, flyers, emailers, social media posts, landing pages.
• Work with existing design templates and help develop new reusable ones.
• Translate written content into clear, appealing, and impactful visuals (content design thinking).
• Apply brand guidelines consistently across all outputs.
• Create and update high-impact presentations in Google Slides.
• Maintain brand consistency and visual hierarchy in layouts, typography, color schemes, and design elements.

AI & Design Tools :

Collaboration & Execution :

Skills, Traits & Qualifications :

Experience : 1 to 2 years of professional visual design experience.

Design Tools : Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Presentation Design : Strong skills in Google Slides (or PowerPoint).
