Job Description : Senior Salesforce CPQ Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce CPQ Business Systems Analyst with strong Salesforce Administration expertise and 10–15 years of overall professional experience . The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, define functional specifications, and drive enhancements within the Salesforce CPQ platform.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce CPQ.

Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable functional and technical specifications.

Work closely with development and technical teams to ensure accurate and timely implementation of requirements.

Lead ongoing enhancements, troubleshooting, and optimization of Salesforce CPQ processes.

Perform detailed impact analyses to ensure solutions align with best practices and business goals.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and issue resolution.

Provide end-user training, guidance, and documentation to support successful adoption of solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

10–15 years of total experience , with strong expertise as a Salesforce Business Analyst.

Hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration and proven experience with Salesforce CPQ .

Exceptional ability to engage with stakeholders and convert business needs into comprehensive documentation.

Outstanding communication skills—both verbal and written.

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capability, and documentation skills.

Salesforce Administrator or CPQ certifications are a plus (optional).

Must be able to work until 3 : 00 AM IST

Shift Timing : 6 : 00 PM – 3 : 00 AM IST

Commitment : Minimum of 1 year
