Job description6+ years of experience in AI / ML development and deployment. Strong programming skills in Python; experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn. Deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Airflow, CI / CD pipelines). Experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA) and GenAI applications. Hands-on with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and vector databases. Knowledge of ethical AI, model explainability, and data governance. Experience in leading AI projects and stakeholder management. Bachelors / Masters / PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.

- Optimize model performance and scalability using MLOps best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI strategy and roadmap.
- Stay updated with the latest AI trends and technologies.
