We are seeking a talented Business Development Executive with 0 - 6 months experience in customer service or sales industry.

What you will do :

60% client servicing and 40% business development via emails & webchats

Confident of communicating with international clients.

Negotiation Skills Planning and Time management skills are a must.

Proficiency in MS office to prepare and maintain basic reports. Keen eye for details and good memory with respect to clients and reporting numbers.

Requirements

Candidate should have 0-6 month experience from customer service or sales industry

Graduate from any stream (BCom BBA BMS- Marketing).

Should be proactive with a go-getter attitude with a technical bent of mind.

Excellent inter-personal / communication / analytical written and verbal.

Should be flexible to work for late evening hours.

Required Skills :

78 years of hands-on IT infrastructure experience. Minimum 3 years of team-lead or managerial experience leading systems / DevOps engineers. Proven experience designing / implementing cloud architectures on AWS / Azure / GCP. Pre-sales knowledge including solutioning PoCs proposal documentation and client technical discussions. Strong expertise in : Linux & Windows server administration Networking fundamentals (DNS VPN Firewalls Load Balancers Routing) CI / CD tools (Jenkins GitLab CI etc.) Configuration management & scripting (Ansible Shell Python PowerShell) Containerization & orchestration (Docker Kubernetes) Understanding of virtualization platforms (VMware Hyper-V Proxmox etc.). Strong troubleshooting system analysis & problem-resolution skills. Excellent verbal & written communication skills. Strong leadership interpersonal and people management skills. Preferred Certifications (Any or Multiple) Cloud certifications (AWS / Azure / GCP) are a strong advantage. DevOps / Automation certifications preferred. Experience in cost-efficient cloud architecture design. Exposure to monitoring technologies (Prometheus Grafana Zabbix Datadog etc.).

Required Education :

Degree : Bachelors or Masters in Engineering Computer Science IT or equivalent.
