Job Overview : We are looking for a result-oriented SEO Team Lead with in-depth knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) , Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) , and Geographical SEO (GEO) strategies. The ideal candidate will lead our SEO initiatives, build advanced link-building frameworks, and craft strategies that improve ranking performance not just on Google, but also across AI-based search and Large Language Models (LLMs) .

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the SEO team to execute data-driven strategies aimed at boosting organic traffic.
• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and competitor analyses to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop, test, and deploy new link-building strategies and off-page optimization campaigns.
• Optimize content for AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) to increase visibility on voice search and AI-driven search engines.
• Implement GEO (Geographical SEO) strategies to enhance regional and location-based search rankings.
• Collaborate with content, web development, and marketing teams to align SEO initiatives with broader digital goals.
• Monitor keyword rankings, analyze performance metrics, and report results to leadership.
• Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and emerging AI search trends (LLMs, Search Generative Experience, etc.).
• Identify and leverage opportunities to enhance visibility in AI-driven ecosystems such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.
