Role : Assistant Vice President – Complaint Root Cause Analysis

Location : Noida | Industry : Banking & Financial Services | Level : Mid-Senior

Key Responsibilities

Analyze customer complaints to identify root causes and systemic issues.

Translate insights into actionable improvements across products, operations, and channels.

Ensure compliance with complaint-handling regulations (DISP / FCA aligned).

Lead and coach a team, driving performance and accountability.

Communicate complex findings to stakeholders and influence change.

Strengthen governance, controls, and risk management.

Skills & Experience

Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership.

Governance and risk mindset.

Knowledge of SQL, Python, Tableau, AI / ML, Agile methods.

Experience Range - 3 - 15 Years. (Role is open for Analyst, Asst. Manager & AVP Position)
