Product Implementation -Configuration

Role

Under the guidance of Managers, support and lead end-to-end client product implementations. Own delivery quality, ensure timeliness, and guide the implementation team towards successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead execution of product implementation plans ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.

Guide and mentor a team of Implementation Engineers / Configuration Analysts, ensuring adherence to defined processes.

Identify risks and dependencies in the implementation lifecycle and proactively resolve them.

Use implementation experience to build and refine tools, templates, and reusable assets.

Estimate efforts, define ETAs, and ensure delivery compliance with SLAs.

Act as the voice of the customer, providing actionable feedback to product and engineering teams.

Manage client demos, escalations, and issue resolution in collaboration with Lead II and Project Managers.

Drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Set and track OKRs for self and team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Serve as the communication bridge between clients, internal stakeholders, and delivery teams.

Measures of Success

Timely and successful implementation of client product requirements.

Improved client satisfaction and reduction in grievances.

Achievement of quarterly / yearly OKRs.

High adoption and usage of implemented product features.

Adherence to process, coding, and design standards.

Outputs Expected

Ensure structured and seamless product implementation aligned with client requirements.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to implementation teams.

Coordinate across functions for smooth handoffs between configuration, integration, conversion, and testing teams.

Support onshore and offshore collaboration, including sprint demos and environment promotions.

Mandatory Skills

• ? Healthcare Domain Expertise - Deep understanding of healthcare business processes, including Claims, Clinical Operations, and Payor systems. ? Product Implementation Leadership - Proven experience leading enterprise product or configuration implementations. ? Configuration Management - Expertise in designing and configuring Core Admin systems for healthcare platforms. ? Agile Delivery Experience - Hands-on experience working in agile sprints, planning, and backlog refinement. ? Communication Skills - Strong verbal and written communication, capable of client-facing interactions. ? Team Leadership - Prior experience managing or guiding a team of analysts or engineers. ? Technical Knowledge -

Understanding of DevOps, CI / CD, and build / deploy tools.

Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). ? Quality & Compliance - Knowledge of configuration best practices, code reviews, and automation tools. ? Documentation & Reporting - Ability to maintain gold environments, track configuration activities, and provide status reports.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Health Rules Payor or similar healthcare product platforms.

Exposure to configuration promotion through multiple environments.

Understanding of integration and conversion workflows in healthcare systems.

Prior consulting or client-facing implementation experience.
