About the Role :
We are seeking a Creative Designer with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, passionate about design, and eager to explore a wide spectrum of creative opportunities. Beyond digital campaigns, you will have the chance to design premium packaging, event branding, and product visuals within a wealth-tech and lifestyle context — making this an exciting opportunity to grow as a multidisciplinary designer .
Key Responsibilities :
- Conceptualise and design creatives for digital and print media, including social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and advertisements.
- Develop premium packaging, event branding, and product visuals that reflect a cohesive and aspirational brand identity.
- Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and deliver a consistent brand experience across platform..
- Balance quick-turn marketing deliverables with larger, high-impact campaign collaterals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, content) to deliver effective and engaging design solutions.
- Coordinate with vendors, printers, and external partners to ensure quality production and timely execution.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand relevant and forward-looking.
Must-Have :
2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design.Strong foundations in typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma .A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility and creativity across mediums.Ability to both follow creative direction and contribute original ideas.Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills.Availability for on-site work (this is not a remote role).Good-to-Have :
Skills in motion graphics and video editing.Experience in branding, illustration, or UI / UX design.
