Quality Analyst - Manual / Automation Testing

Were looking for a Quality Analyst (QA) who can help us ship robust, reliable, and bug-free experiences across our platforms. Youll play a key role in building and scaling our testing practices across web apps, APIs, and backend services. You will own test strategies, work closely with developers and product managers, and help us build automation over time.

What Youll Do :

• Design, develop, and execute manual test cases for web-based applications and APIs
• Document bugs clearly with steps to reproduce, expected vs actual behavior, and logs / screenshots
• Write and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress
• Conduct API testing using Postman or REST Assured
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure test coverage for new features
• Validate data accuracy using SQL queries against databases
• Participate in sprint planning and contribute to defining test plans and acceptance criteria
• Perform regression testing, UAT, and cross-browser / device testing as needed
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance test effectiveness
