Meta Ads Associate

About the Role

We’re looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist to join our growth team. If you have hands-on experience in managing Meta (Facebook) Ads and creative strategy, a strong understanding of data-driven optimization, and love collaborating with design teams to make ads perform better this role is for you.

The Charter for this Role Will Include :

• Creating, managing, and optimising Meta Ads campaigns (App install, lead generation, conversions).
• Collaborating with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad copies, video scripts, and visual concepts.
• Monitoring campaign performance, analysing metrics, and optimising to improve ROI and reduce CAC.
• Running A / B tests for creatives, hooks, and landing pages to identify what works.
• Using data analytics and reporting tools to track performance metrics, identify insights, and drive optimisation decisions.
• Staying updated with Meta algorithm changes, ad trends, and new creative formats.
