Job description2–3 years of US IT recruitment / sourcing experience. Strong LinkedIn RPS expertise. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Meet). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently in a remote setup. Experience with OPT hiring and visa-related recruitment. Familiarity with ATS systems and Boolean search techniques.

- Screen resumes and assess candidate fit.
- Maintain recruitment records and databases.
