Job descriptionLead planning, execution, and delivery of all finishing activities for high rise residential and commercial projects Coordinate with design, procurement and execution teams to ensure smooth finishing progress. Review and approve finishing materials, mock-ups and workmanship samples. Monitor progress against schedule and budget; implement corrective measures as needed. Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols and statutory requirements. Interface with consultants, architects, and key stakeholders for approvals and technical clarifications. Manage contractors and subcontractors for civil, MEP finishing and façade integration. Drive adoption of new technologies, sustainable materials, and best practices. Conduct regular inspections and quality audits to ensure defect-free handover. Mentor and develop local finishing teams and supervisors to achieve international standards.
Position Title : Finishing Head (Only candidates working abroad with Real Estate Companies should apply)
Location : Mumbai(Head Office)-2nd & 4th Sat off

Experience
Key Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or equivalent-FULL TIME IS A MUST
- Minimum 15–20 years’ experience in finishing works of large-scale high-rise residential projects.
- International exposure with reputed developers or contractors (mandatory for expat role).
- Strong knowledge of modern construction materials, interior finishes, and MEP interface.
- Proven track record of managing multicultural teams and large contractors.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
